Welcome to Leriez Place. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of leriezplace.com and any purchase, booking or account activity with us. By browsing, ordering or booking, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Leriez Place

Leriez Place sells premium human-hair wigs and hair products, beauty items (such as lashes and lipgloss), tools, and related services including studio installs and consultations. Product availability, pricing and descriptions may change without notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law to place an order. You agree to provide accurate information at checkout and in your account.

3. Products & descriptions

We work hard to describe styles, materials, lengths, colours and constructions accurately. Natural hair and handmade items can vary slightly in texture, tone and finish from photos or samples. Colour appearance can also change under different lighting and devices.

If an item you receive materially differs from what was ordered due to a fulfilment or manufacturing issue, our Return & Refund Policy applies.

4. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout (typically Nigerian Naira) and include applicable taxes where stated. We accept payment through our supported payment providers (including Paystack). Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully authorised.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment fails, pricing is clearly erroneous, stock is unavailable, or fraud is suspected. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount paid for that order.

5. Custom & specially ordered items

Custom wigs and specially ordered products are prepared to your specifications. Please double-check measurements, colour, density, lace type and style before confirming. Custom orders are generally non-returnable except where we confirm a manufacturing or fulfilment error attributable to Leriez Place.

6. Shipping

Delivery timelines and fees are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss typically passes when the order is handed to the carrier, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement.

7. Returns & refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Hygiene and customisation rules apply, especially for worn, altered or liquid beauty products.

8. Studio bookings & services

Installs, fittings and consultations may be booked via WhatsApp or the contact channels on our site. Arrival times, deposit requirements and cancellation rules will be confirmed when you book. Missed appointments without reasonable notice may forfeit deposits where previously disclosed.

9. Rewards programme

Rewards points, referrals and redemptions are subject to programme rules published on the site or communicated to members. We may modify or end Rewards with reasonable notice. Points have no cash value unless we expressly state otherwise.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website — including attempting unauthorised access, interfering with site security, scraping in a way that harms performance, or submitting false order information.

11. Intellectual property

All branding, logos, product photography, copy and site design belong to Leriez Place or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without written permission.

12. Disclaimer

The website and products are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leriez Place is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products, except where liability cannot be excluded (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

13. Limitation of liability

Where liability is not excluded, our total liability related to an order is generally limited to the amount you paid for that order, subject to applicable consumer law.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your place of residence.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. The version on this page applies to new orders and site use from the date of publication. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
